Well... we're both really experienced and really good at what we do! Lucy Kenyon (pic on the left) has so much knowledge in the occupational health field and is incredibly forward-thinking in her approach to OH delivery. Tracey Hudson's (pic on the right) experience is all in the HR world advising SME's mainly and both have run their own successful businesses. So we both get what it's like to run a business, manage teams of people and navigate the joys of being a small business owner in the UK. Also, we are both incredibly passionate about furthering SME's as the backbone of the UK economy so we're always focussed on what is best for business!
