An employee might go off sick, get diagnosed with a health condition, start getting symptoms or maybe start a ‘high-risk’ job role where there is a mandatory requirement to perform specific health checks. In those situations, the Intelligent OH system can be used.

If you are a professional advisor (HR consultant, H&S consultant or other risk management professional) then you can refer the employee to use Intelligent OH Ltd. The advisor logs into the system, adds the employee contact information and then the employee receives a link by email. The employee clicks on the link and answers all of our questions at their own convenience. When they have completed the questions, the system generates a report which is sent to the Advisor who can then go back to the employer with appropriate advice on how to manage the situation moving forwards.

Using this process, it means that the employer receives a thorough workplace adjustments report (or confirmation that no adjustments are recommended) and accompanying advice through the advisor which results in the employer feeling confident that their next steps with the employee will be the right ones.

So if you are an advisor, email tracey@intelligentoh.com with your name, qualifications and any website links so that we can get you set up – we’ll do some digging to make sure you are brilliant at what you do because we will want to refer businesses to use your services. If you’d rather not be listed on our website, just let us know. We appreciate that risk professionals are so busy right now and may well not want the extra work!

With the pricing, these are our prices that we will charge you. What you charge your client is up to you. Some advisors roll it into their retainer fees, others will charge their normal hourly rate for advice, or you might want to do a fixed fee where the employer receives the report and the advice to go with it. It’s totally up to you! The more you use Intelligent OH, we will give you discounts with volume.
